Role Description The PA to the Principal is a full-time, on-site role based at GD Goenka Public School in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves managing the Principal’s calendar, organizing meetings, and coordinating appointments with staff, parents, and external stakeholders. The PA will handle correspondence, draft and format official communications, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain confidential records and files.



Daily tasks include managing phone calls and emails, supporting school event logistics, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows in the Principal’s office. The PA will also liaise with different departments to follow up on action items, assist with documentation for school activities, and uphold professional standards in all interactions.
