Travalong Stays curates private villas for discerning families and groups, and Travalong Journeys designs bespoke travel for clients who value insight over itinerary. Whether it is a private villa or a journey across continents, every detail is considered.

The Role
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the voice of Travalong across every channel. This is a strategic role for someone who can build a brand presence worthy of the experiences behind it. You will define how Travalong is perceived by the travellers we most want to host.

What You Will Lead
• Brand presence: own the social strategy for Travalong Stays and Travalong Journeys, giving each a distinct and considered identity
• Research and insight: study destinations, hotels, seasons and travel culture in depth, so that everything we publish carries genuine knowledge rather than borrowed inspiration
• Market intelligence: track luxury travel trends, competitor positioning and audience behaviour, and translate them into a explicit editorial direction




• Editorial planning: build and manage a content calendar aligned with seasons, launches and our journeys and stays
• Production: direct photography and film at our properties and on journeys, working with photographers and creators where required
• Partnerships: identify and manage collaborations with creators, hotels and brands that reflect our positioning
• Performance: measure reach, engagement and enquiries, and report clearly on what is building the brand

Who You Are
• 3 to 5 years in social media or brand content, ideally within luxury, hospitality, travel or lifestyle
• A genuine travel enthusiast: well travelled, curious, and informed in your views on destinations, hotels and experiences
• An exceptional researcher who looks well beyond the obvious and can distinguish the remarkable from the merely popular
• A refined visual sensibility, matched by excellent written English
• Fluent
