About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive – People & Culture and L&D; to drive employee engagement initiatives, coordinate learning and development programmes, manage new joiner induction, and support a positive employee experience.

Location: Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

People & Culture

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programmes.
• Coordinate initiatives such as Heera Awards, Hungama Day, employee welfare, and well-being activities.




• Conduct employee feedback initiatives and recommend improvements to workplace culture.
• Support employee communication, relationship-building, and retention initiatives.

Learning & Development (L&D;)

• Identify training needs in coordination with managers and department heads.
• Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual training calendars.
• Coordinate internal and external trainers, training sessions, and workshops.
• Track training attendance, completion, feedback, and effectiveness.
• Drive employee participation in OEM certifications, technical training, and professional development programmes.
• Maintain L&D; dashboards, training trackers, and certification records.

Employee Onboarding & Induction

• Conduct and coordinate new joiner induction and orientation programmes.
• Ensure completion of mandatory onboarding training.
• Share OEM certification resources and learning materials.
