About the Role
Regno Healthcare and IT Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Executive to join our growing US Healthcare RCM team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of US medical billing processes, insurance follow-ups, and accounts receivable management.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform regular follow-ups with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
* Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections.
* Manage accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely claim resolution.
* Identify reasons for unpaid and underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
* Work on AR recovery and maintain effective follow-up records.
* Handle payment posting and related billing activities as required.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
* Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy while meeting assigned targets.
Requirements
* Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Medical Billing; AR experience is preferred.
* Understanding of insurance follow-ups, claim denials, and AR processes.
* Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
* Willingness to work the night shift.
