About BotSpace
BotSpace builds AI agents for e-commerce brands. They help brands sell more and handle customer support across their website, WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels. We work with fast-growing D2C and Shopify brands and are building an AI-native platform for sales, support and customer engagement.
The role
You'll be the first conversation many brands have with BotSpace. You research D2C and Shopify brands, reach out by phone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, find out whether they have a problem we solve, and book demos for our Account Executives.
It's a high-activity role with clear daily targets, and a fast way to learn SaaS sales next to the founders and the sales team.
What you'll do
• Research e-commerce and D2C brands and find the right people to talk to
• Make cold calls every day and follow up on email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
• Qualify interest: what the brand sells, how they handle sales and support today, and whether BotSpace fits
• Book demos for our Account Executives and hand over clear notes
• Keep every lead, call and next step up to date in the CRM
• Work the lists our marketing and partnerships teams bring in, and re-engage older leads
• Share what you hear from brands with the sales and product teams
What we're looking for
• 0 to 2 years in sales, business development, inside sales or another customer-facing role. Freshers with strong communication are welcome
• You're comfortable making a lot of calls, hearing no, and staying consistent
• Explicit spoken and written English
• Curious about e-commerce and how online brands grow
• Organised: you follow up on time and keep your notes clean
• You own your numbers
A major plus
• Cold calling experience at a SaaS or tech company
• Hands-on time with Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Store Leads
• You've sold to or worked with e-commerce or D2C brands
