Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Counselor at GROWVIA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. The Academic Counselor will provide one-on-one and group counseling to students on academic pathways, course selection, and educational planning. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual counseling sessions, assessing student needs,



and developing individualized academic and career plans. The role involves offering career counseling, sharing information about educational opportunities, and guiding students on skills and qualifications needed for their goals. The Academic Counselor will maintain accurate records, collaborate with internal teams, and use online tools to track progress and follow up with students. The position also includes creating and delivering informational materials, workshops, and resources to support student success and retention.
