Role Description The Billing Executive role at NTRM Group is a full-time hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with some flexibility for work from home. The Billing Executive will manage end-to-end billing processes, including preparing and issuing invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring timely payments. Daily responsibilities include monitoring accounts, reconciling billing discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and clients to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves reviewing billing policies,



supporting reporting activities, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Billing Process and Invoicing, with the ability to manage end-to-end billing activities.
• Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and support reconciliation and reporting.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders in a clear and qualified manner.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance to support billing operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing or accounting software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in billing, accounts, or finance-related roles is preferred.
