Role Overview
We’re looking for a CSM who bridges the gap between clients, AI workflows, and product development. You’ll be the go-to person for clients after onboarding, ensuring they succeed with Pintel while continuously improving how our product works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients post-onboarding, understand their problem statements, and guide them in using Pintel effectively.
• Build and scale workflows using AI prompts and reusable templates.
• Create a structured feedback loop for bugs, new feature requests, and product improvements.
• Learn new software and problem-solving methods quickly, finding creative workarounds when needed.

Requirements:
• BCA / BSc CS / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Experience in GTM, customer success, or pre-sales roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering, or workflow automati
