Job Description
We are seeking a energetic and organized individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations & Merchandising specializing in Brand Coordination, Order Management, Logistics Management, and Customer Relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing designer onboarding, customer orders, quality control of products, shipping,



vendor/brand relationships, and providing excellent customer service throughout the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities
Brand Coordination
• Responsible for designer onboarding on the website, including product updates or changes
• Responsible for managing communications with designers on a day-to-day basis
• Plan and execute promotions for allocated designers in coordination with the Founder & CEO

Order Management
• Supervise product approvals and packaging by the Quality Assurance team
• Conduct quality checks on all orders and ensure they are packed according to company standards before dispatch to the customer
• Prepare purchase orders based on orders placed on the websites and share them with designers
• Liaise with customers, along with the Founder & CEO to understand their customization
• requirements and preferences
