At Saras Dynamics, we are building innovative technology solutions and expanding our presence in the software, AI, and intelligent automation space. As we grow, we are looking for two enthusiastic, resourceful, and self-motivated individuals to join us as HR & Marketing Interns.
This is more than a short-term internship. It is an opportunity to prove yourself and potentially transition into a full-time role with Saras Dynamics after three months.
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, comfortable connecting with people, and interested in contributing to both talent acquisition and marketing initiatives. Successful candidates will gain practical experience, take ownership of real business activities,
and have the opportunity to grow with the company.
Candidates who can join immediately are strongly encouraged to apply. Applicants based in Coimbatore will be preferred.
About the Role
As an HR & Marketing Intern, you will support two important business functions: talent acquisition and marketing. You will help us identify promising talent, build relationships with educational institutions, strengthen our online presence, and support business outreach initiatives.
The role will be primarily remote, with occasional visits to colleges and universities for student outreach, campus recruitment, networking, and promotional activities. Transportation expenses for approved campus visits will be reimbursed.
The initial internship will run for three months. Based on your performance, initiative, contribution, and the company's business requirements, you may be considered for a full-time position upon successful completi
