We cater to busy professionals, teams requiring daily meals, and companies planning bulk orders. Our adaptable meal plans and customizable menus ensure we meet diverse dietary preferences and needs. By managing your meals, we enable you to focus on what truly matters.

We're growing, and we need someone to own the customer side of the business: bring new subscribers in, keep existing ones happy, and lead the team that does both.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sell
• Turn enquiries from WhatsApp, calls and app sign-ups into paid trials and subscriptions
• Convert trial customers to monthly and bi-monthly plans
• Win back churned customers and old leads with genuine one-to-one follow-up, not spam blasts
• Build office lunch and group accounts (PGs, flatmates, corporates)

Support
• Own complaints end to end (late delivery, food quality, refunds, plan changes) and close the loop with our kitchen and delivery teams
• Call unhappy customers before they cancel, find out why,



and get the cause fixed
• Step in during lunch and dinner delivery windows when things go wrong

Lead
• Lead and coach our sales and support executives: shift plans, daily sales targets, call reviews
• Make sure every callback and follow-up actually happens and is logged in the CRM
• Track and report the numbers that matter: enquiry → trial, trial → subscription, renewals, churn, response time
• Pass what customers tell you back to the menu, kitchen and delivery teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 4+ years in sales and/or customer support, ideally in subscription, food, D2C, consumer app or hospitality businesses
• At least 1–2 years leading a team (team lead, supervisor or senior executive)
• A track record of hitting targets, with numbers you can show us
• Fluent Tamil and English, spoken and written. You'll be on calls and WhatsApp all day
• Warm and calm with upset customers, firm on policy
