About The Opportunity

A dynamic player in India’s renewable energy sector, we drive large-scale solar EPC projects from concept to commissioning, specializing in 50MW+ grid-connected installations across industrial, commercial, and utility segments. We partner with developers, financiers, and state utilities to accelerate India’s clean energy transition—delivering scalable, bankable solar solutions with rigorous project discipline and technical excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solar EPC sales for 80MW+ projects—identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads from industrial parks, IPPs, and state DISCOMs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, structure project bids, and manage RFP/RFQ responses with technical, legal, and financial alignment.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across state energy departments, ESCOs, and EPC contractors.
• Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to design competitive, bankable solar proposals with ROI models and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Track pipeline metrics,



forecast quarterly revenue, and achieve assigned sales targets with monthly reporting to leadership.
• Represent the company at solar expos, industry meetups, and government forums to strengthen brand visibility and market intelligence.
