SotG Global operates through four key pillars: Impactful Networks, Impact Coaching Coalition, NGO support and networking, and a long-term Global Social Movement. Role Description The Director of Psycho-Social Support (Volunteer position)



will lead the development and coordination of psycho-social support strategies and services across SotG Global’s networks and initiatives.
You will both benefit from and have the opportunity to contribute to bleeding edge methodologies from the Wellness for Impact Alliance, where individual and organizational well being is designed as the fundamental foundation, not the final finish line.
This volunteer, remote role involves designing frameworks and guidelines for emotional well-being, resilience-building, and community support for members, partners, and volunteers worldwide. The Director will collaborate with program leads to integrate psycho-social support into training, impact coaching, and NGO capacity-building activities, ensuring practices are inclusive and culturally sensitive. Day-to-day tasks include assessing needs across the organization, advising on support resources and referral pathways, providing guidance to team leaders on managing stress and burnout
