Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager – Business Development to drive sales growth and market expansion for Hitachi Thermal Analysis Instruments, including Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA). The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and achieving sales and revenue targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for Hitachi Thermal Analysis Instruments, including DSC, TGA, and DMA, across the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Identify recent business opportunities across polymer, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, manufacturing, R&D;, and academic sectors.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, research scientists, laboratory heads, and procurement teams.
• Develop new accounts, strengthen existing customer relationships, and increase market penetration.
• Coordinate with application specialists, service engineers, and principals for product demonstrations and technical support.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, commercial negotiations, and order closure.
• Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, territory development plans, and periodic performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Inkarp at industry exhibitions, technical seminars, conferences, and customer engagement programs.
