Job Purpose
At MINS Global, we collaborate with elite global technology brands to accelerate their business
pipeline. We are looking for a high-caliber Team Leader (TL) - Lead Generation & Sales to
spearhead our outbound division.

In this pivotal role, you will transition operational strategy into high-velocity floor execution, leading a
talented team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). You will own the pipeline for a premium
corporate IT hardware ecosystem spanning commercial Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, Peripherals,




and Accessories while driving high-level discovery for enterprise Servers, Storage architectures,
and SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership & Floor Excellence
• Drive Performance Culture: Command a high-energy outbound floor of 10–15 BDEs,

instilling a culture of performance, accountability, and professional hygiene.
• Credibility & Structure: Serve as the strategic anchor for your team. Ensure all corporate

objectives and operational expectations are structured clearly through your leadership to
maintain optimal floor alignment.
• Tactical Mentorship: Conduct rigorous live-call monitoring, auditing, and real-time objectionhandling workshops to help your representatives master high-value B2B discovery.
• Proactive Performance Correction: Identify performance gaps early. Independently design

and execute data-backed upskilling strategies and Performance Improvement Pl
