Kepsten provides home services, including house cleaning, carpet and sofa cleaning, and duct cleaning. We are hiring an experienced, proactive and target-driven salesperson to convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.

About the Role
Kepsten is looking for a results-driven Senior Inside Sales Executive who specializes in converting qualified leads into paying customers. This is a target-oriented sales role focused on closing deals, following up with interested prospects, and maximizing conversions.
This is NOT a cold-calling or lead-generation role. This is an ON-SITE role , applicants must be willing to relocate to

Key Responsibilities
• Convert qualified hot and warm leads into paying customers.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up with prospects who have previously shown interest in our services.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing leads and past inquiries to close pending deals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.




• Build rapport with prospects and confidently explain the value of our services.
• Handle objections, negotiate where appropriate, and close sales.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested customers to maximize conversion rates.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance in the company's system.
• Provide feedback on customer objections, conversion challenges, and opportunities to improve the sales process.

Requirements
• Proven experience of atleast 2 years in sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer conversion for US/ Canada clients.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Experience handling qualified leads and converting inquiries into sales.
• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up professionally
