About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager – Bid Management to lead business development and tendering activities for our civil engineering and infrastructure business.

The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, monitoring government and private tenders, evaluating tender opportunities, managing the complete bid lifecycle, coordinating with technical and commercial teams, preparing proposals, and developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in civil engineering/construction tendering and bid management, excellent commercial understanding, strong coordination skills,



and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Prior hands-on experience with U.S. government contracts at the federal and state/local levels is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Opportunity Identification
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the civil engineering, infrastructure, construction, and related sectors.
• Monitor government, PSU, private-sector, EPC, infrastructure, and institutional tender opportunities.
• Track upcoming projects and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, project management consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, competitors, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue business
