Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate for our Food & Beverage operations in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our guests' dining experience, delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. You will work collaboratively with our F&B; team to create memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors,
ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded at every touchpoint.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing them with a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Deliver orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are consistently maintained
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues creatively and collaboratively with team members
• Maintain explicit communication with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and food quality standards
• Set and clear tables with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to established service protocols and brand standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and proactively address
