Role Description This is a full time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Commission Sales Associate is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with product selection and styling, explaining features and pricing, processing transactions,



and ensuring a clean, organized sales floor. The role also involves building repeat business through follow-up, maintaining product knowledge, supporting visual merchandising, and meeting individual and store sales targets.
