Role Description This full-time, on-site IT Sales Business Development Manager role is based in Mumbai. The BDM will identify and develop recent business opportunities in Enterprise IT, broadcast, mobility, and Pro AV segments, including lead generation, prospecting, and managing the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, delivering product and solution presentations,
and coordinating with technical teams to design suitable solutions. The role involves negotiating contracts, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and current clients to drive revenue growth. The BDM will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and support long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management, preferably in system integration or technology solutions.
• Strong skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and pipeline management.
• Ability to understand enterprise technology solutions across IT infrastructure, broadcast, mobility, and Pro AV domains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and work collaboratively with internal technical and operations teams.
