About the role
Everstage is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for major launches across our revenue platform: Everstage Incentives, Everstage Planning, and Everstage CPQ. You will own product storytelling and differentiation for your product areas, run projects end to end, and be accountable for launch impact. You will work directly with senior leaders in Product, Sales, and Customer Success, and help shape how customers experience and advocate for Everstage.
What you'll do
• Own GTM strategy for major product launches, from positioning and messaging through sales enablement, launch campaigns, and post-launch measurement.
• Lead product storytelling and differentiation, including how we position our AI capabilities against how buyers run incentives, quoting, and planning today.
• Develop market segmentation and narrative for key buyer personas: RevOps leaders, Sales Ops, Finance, and sales reps.
• Synthesize customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends into sharper positioning,



and bring those insights into roadmap conversations with Product leadership.
• Lead multi-format content campaigns across web, email, social, events, and sales enablement.
• Build sales tools that win deals: pitch decks, demo narratives, battle cards, and objection handling for competitive situations.
• Build and grow Everstage's customer marketing program: launch and manage a customer reference program, turn customer wins into case studies and video testimonials with measurable outcomes, grow our presence on peer review sites, recruit customers to speak at webinars and events, and set up structured feedback channels, such as customer interviews and advisory board sessions, that feed messaging and roadmap decisions.
• Influence cross-functional peers and leadership on launch priorities, timing, and success metrics.

What you'll bring
• 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience in enterprise or technical B2B SaaS.
• Experience in Sales Performance
