As a Payer Health Transformation Associate you will support client-focused consulting work within our Management Consulting practice, contributing to efforts that address payer modernization, operating model improvements, and transformation initiatives across health care organizations. As an Associate you will focus on learning, adapting to shifting priorities, and contributing to project tasks with reliability while building your skills in research, data interpretation, and client service. Job Profile: Payer Modernization – Healthcare Transformation & Analytics

Role Overview

We are looking for professionals with experience in healthcare payer operations, transformation, technology, and analytics to support payer modernization initiatives. The role will focus on improving operational effectiveness, redesigning workflows and operating models, leveraging data and analytics, and supporting technology-enabled transformation across payer functions.
