Users can listen to personalized news briefings that fit into their daily routines. We are at the early stage of our journey and are looking for a growth minded founding partner to help turn the product into a widely adopted consumer brand.

The Opportunity (Not for students)

We are looking for a hands on Co-Founder and Head of Growth who will own the marketing and user acquisition strategy from the ground up.

This is an opportunity to shape the brand, build distribution channels, experiment rapidly, and work directly with the founder on the company's growth strategy.

What You Will Own

- Develop and execute the end to end marketing and growth strategy.
- Build organic growth through Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, creators and communities.
- Lead performance marketing experiments, paid acquisition and campaign optimisation.
- Drive app installs, onboarding conversion, activation, retention and referrals.
- Build a repeatable content engine using short form videos, storytelling and creator collaborations.
- Own app store optimisation, positioning, messaging and product-led growth experiments.
- Set up growth dashboards, track CAC and retention, and make decisions based on data.




- Build and execute a practical growth roadmap with the founder.

Who We Are Looking For
- A builder who takes ownership and is comfortable working in an early stage startup.
- Experience in growth marketing, consumer apps, digital marketing, performance marketing or brand building.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, short-form content and user acquisition.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to experiment, measure results and improve campaigns.
- Resourcefulness, creativity and a bias toward execution over presentations.
- A genuine interest in AI, news, media, content or consumer technology.

Experience growing a mobile app or consumer internet product from an early stage is a strong advantage.
