PhysioPlus connects patients with verified physiotherapists 24/7 by pin code and arranges priority home visits when needed.

It also supports physiotherapists through continuous medical education, clinic setup mentorship, structured training for interns, hospital partnerships, and international licensure pathways. The company aims to uplift the physiotherapy ecosystem by improving practice operations, patient access, and professional growth opportunities.

Role Description The Co-Founder role at PhysioPlus is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Co-Founder will work closely with the founding team to shape strategy, define product vision, and drive execution across operations, sales, and marketing. Daily responsibilities include engaging with physiotherapists and hospitals, gathering market feedback, overseeing clinic management solutions, and refining the platform’s offerings.

The role involves building partnerships, supporting medical education initiatives,



and guiding expansion efforts in new regions. The Co-Founder is expected to take ownership of key business metrics, lead cross-functional collaboration, and help build a scalable, trust-driven ecosystem for physiotherapy.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data, user behavior, and business performance.
- Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in sales with the ability to build relationships, close partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
- Marketing skills with experience in developing go-to-market plans, brand positioning, and digital outreach.
- Research skills to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in healthcare or related sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with prior startup, founding, or early-stage leadership experience preferred.
- Background in healthcare, physiotherapy, health-tech, or clinic operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, adapt in a quick-paced environment, and take hands-on ownership of outcomes.
