Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, and the ability to deliver an excellent guest experience in a professional hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano, frappes, and other specialty coffees.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage preparation equipment efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and throughout the beverage preparation area.
- Provide menu recommendations and assist guests in selecting beverages according to their preferences.
- Monitor inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure proper storage of coffee beans, milk,



syrups, and other ingredients.
- Follow standard recipes, beverage preparation procedures, and food safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the F&B; team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Handle guest requests professionally and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, restaurant, or similar establishment is preferred.
- Knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee brewing techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Valuable communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
