Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cash Collection Officer role based in Faizabad.
The Cash Collection
Officer is responsible for visiting customers to collect payments, verifying transaction details, and ensuring accurate recording of daily collections. The role includes resolving payment-related queries, maintaining collection records, and coordinating with the finance team to reconcile accounts.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact courteously with customers
- Candidates should possess basic Finance knowledge to understand billing, receipts, and cash handling procedures.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, integrity in handling cash, and the ability to work independently on-site.
- Candidates should have prior experience in collections, banking, retail, or related fields; familiarity with local geography in Faizabad is an advantage.
