Openhouse is looking for enthusiastic teachers to conduct 1:1 Chess classes for children at their homes in and around Sarjapur, Bangalore.

Required: Minimum Lichess Rating 1500 or Chess.com Rating 1100

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality classes: Prepare for and conduct Chess classes using the Openhouse curriculum, guiding students through rules, tactics, puzzles, and practice games.
- Track student development: Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and provide meaningful feedback to parents and the management team through regular updates and progress reports.
- Support the learning community: Interact with parents during feedback sessions.
- Prepare students for in-house tournaments, showcases, and events, and participate in training and team meetings.

Time Commitment

- Any 5 days a week, approximately 20 hours per week.
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
- Weekends: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

- Location: Currently hiring for Sarjapur and nearby areas.




- Classes will be conducted at students' homes.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling locally.

If you get shortlisted, you will participate in our training program for technical and soft skills. The training period should ideally be 15 days; a normal salary will be paid, and no fees are required from the candidate.
