About UsPC Diagnostics is a modern, multispecialty diagnostic centre in Pune offering advanced imaging and diagnostic services, including 3T MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasonography, Digital X-ray, Mammography and Pathology.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent patient service and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the diagnostic centre, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
- Supervise reception, billing, technicians, nursing and support staff.
- Ensure efficient patient scheduling, appointment management, report delivery and minimal waiting times.
- Monitor centre performance, patient footfall, revenue, expenses and modality-wise utilisation.
- Coordinate with referring doctors, hospitals, corporate clients and the business development team.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints and service-quality improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, safety protocols and quality standards.
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, inventory, vendor coordination and equipment service follow-ups.




- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction and business growth.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in diagnostic centre or hospital operations.
- Prior experience managing a multispecialty diagnostic centre will be strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of radiology, pathology and healthcare workflows.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage centre operations and achieve performance targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting and hospital/diagnostic management software.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English preferred.
