About the RoleLOFT PR is looking for a well-connected, proactive and result-driven Celebrity Sourcing & Stylist Relations Executive to secure celebrity placements for our fashion, jewellery and lifestyle brands.

We're looking for someone who understands the celebrity styling ecosystem, has established relationships with celebrity stylists and their teams, and knows how to turn brand outreach into actual celebrity sightings.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive celebrity sourcing and product placements for our portfolio of brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrity stylists, assistant stylists and styling agencies.
- Proactively pitch brands for celebrity appearances, airport looks, events, shoots, promotions and editorial opportunities.
- Coordinate product selections, fittings, dispatches, returns and follow-ups with styling teams.
- Identify relevant celebrity opportunities that align with each brand's positioning.
- Secure consistent celebrity placements and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Track celebrity sightings, images,



credits, social media tags and placement outcomes.
- Maintain an active pipeline of stylist contacts, upcoming opportunities and confirmed placements.

Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in celebrity sourcing, celebrity styling, stylist coordination or fashion PR.
- Prior experience working with established celebrity stylists, styling agencies or celebrity-focused PR teams.
- An existing network of active stylist contacts is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of fashion, jewellery, celebrity appearances and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Someone who is resourceful, proactive, quick on their feet and comfortable working with tight timelines.
- Most importantly, someone who can convert relationships into consistent, successful celebrity placements.
