Role Description The Business Development Executive intern will support growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, researching target markets, and assisting with lead generation activities. This hybrid role is based in Chennai, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, maintaining and updating lead and account information, preparing presentations and proposals,



and coordinating with technical teams to align client requirements with company solutions.

The intern will also help manage client communication, participate in sales calls or online meetings, and contribute to business development reports and performance tracking.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects and convert opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to support client relationships and manage ongoing engagements.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and research abilities to understand markets, industries, and client needs.
- Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time efficiently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in the software development and IT services industry; prior internship or project experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
