Role Description The AI Operations Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, focused on integrating AI-driven solutions into core construction and infrastructure operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and designing AI workflows to support project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineering teams, and leadership to translate business needs into AI use cases, overseeing data collection and quality, and monitoring performance of deployed models.

The AI Operations Strategist will prepare clear documentation, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights, support change management,



and ensure that AI initiatives align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess operational workflows and identify AI-driven improvements.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or data analytics tools and platforms, and understanding of how to apply them to real-world business operations.
- Knowledge of process optimization, operations management, or project management principles, preferably within construction or infrastructure domains.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms, and present findings to stakeholders at different levels.
- Proficiency in working with data (e.g., data collection, basic data cleaning, interpreting metrics, creating dashboards and reports).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site work environments, including occasional visits to project sites to understand operational contexts and constraints.
- Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors, or in implementing digital transformation or AI initiatives, is highly beneficial.
