Greyhorse Clearinghouse is an institutional capital and clearing global infrastructure that manages US$7 billion in assets. Greyhorse is building AI-enabled systems to identify and assess companies that may qualify for its customer-acquisition programs by providing funding for growth and looking for AI Engineers to be a part of global manadate.

ROLE

Greyhorse is seeking AI Engineers and engineering teams to build and deploy AI agents that supports company discovery, preliminary qualification, outreach, and application intake. Greyhorse will provide the program parameters, qualification criteria, and operating requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build, test, and deploy AI agentA using Greyhorse’s requirements.
- Identify companies that may qualify for Greyhorse programs.
- Support preliminary screening, outreach, application intake, and status tracking.
- Aim to submit 100 qualified company applications per month.
- Maintain records of sources, screening results, communications, and system performance.




- Update and maintain the agent based on Greyhorse feedback and program requirements.
- Follow Greyhorse’s confidentiality, security, and reporting procedures.

AI MODELS

You may use any AI model or combination of models that can meet Greyhorse’s requirements. Examples include Meta Llama, Google Gemma, Qwen, DeepSeek, Mistral, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Cohere Command, and Microsoft Phi. This list is illustrative; Greyhorse will provide the operating parameters and acceptance criteria.

ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE

Applicants first build and demonstrate a functional agent against Greyhorse’s requirements. Following Greyhorse’s acceptance, the engineer or team will be offered an Annually Renewable Services Contract valued at US$250,000 to US$1,000,000, based on scope, complexity, and delivery.

AUTHORITY The agent supports preliminary discovery and screening. Greyhorse retains authority over eligibility, diligence, contracting, approvals, and capital allocation.
