Key Responsibilities

- Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately record financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan disbursements, ensuring proper classification and documentation.
- Bank Account Management: Monitor and manage bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented.
- Documentation Management: Handle internal and external communication, process customer transactions, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality of banking information.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and cash accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Statutory Compliance: Manage statutory deductions, returns, GST, and TDS.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports in desired formats to support decision-making processes.
- Document Handling: Manage the filing and handling of all legal documents, contracts, and other official documents.

Subscription and ensure proper documentation flow within the organisation.

Coordinate with auditors and other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
