About the Role
Regno Healthcare and IT Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Executive to join our growing US Healthcare RCM team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of US medical billing processes, insurance follow-ups, and accounts receivable management.
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular follow-ups with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections.
Manage accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely claim resolution.
Identify reasons for unpaid and underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
Work on AR recovery and maintain effective follow-up records.
Handle payment posting and related billing activities as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
Maintain productivity, quality,
and accuracy while meeting assigned targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Medical Billing; AR experience is preferred.
Understanding of insurance follow-ups, claim denials, and AR processes.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to work the night shift.
