Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Noida. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing invoices and payments. The role involves reconciling bank statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

The Accountant will prepare financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and help ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. The person in this role will collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to provide accurate financial data and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills,



including journal entry posting, general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting support, and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess skills related to taxation and compliance, including knowledge of local tax laws, GST/TDS processes, and regulatory reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounting software and tools, such as ERP systems, Tally or similar platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Candidates should possess skills in internal control and documentation, including process standardization, audit support, and accurate record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, textiles, apparel, or related industries, and the ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative team environment, will be beneficial.
