Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator and Learning & Development (L&D;) Facilitator to join our organization. This individual will play a crucial role in creating, evaluating, and launching new courses and programs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in LMS administration and solid experience customizing and delivering training programs, with over 7-10 years of experience and a robust working knowledge of adult learning theory.
They will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new employees, customizing and delivering manager training programs, and serving alongside and partnering with the P&C; (HR) team Hyderabad site. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and hands-on program management expertise as well as strong technical acumen, clear design sensibility, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learning Platform Administration:
• Maintain a current, well-documented program catalog for the India site.
• Maintain accurate course and learner records.
• Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolling participants in courses and uploading SCORM files.
• Ensure the LMS is optimized for user experience and performance.
• Respond to and resolve tickets related to the L&D;/training space.
