We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of Engineer – Product Engineering Railways, Technology Development. This position will be at level 4 based in Bangalore and will report to Dy. General Manager-Product engineering Railways

Key Purpose of the Job:
• To carry out all needed activities for the development of TBU and its related components as a part of product engineering activities
• Carry out all needed activities within the portfolio to achieve exceptional results through – personal effectiveness, partnering with others & building customer loyalty fulfilling their needs in an effective & effective manner.
Profile of the Job Holder:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering stream.
• Candidate should be Good with verbal and written communication and must have a casting background.
• Location: Bangalore
• 5-8 Years of relevant functional work experience, preferably from Railway domain.
• Being an individual contributor, the position holder is an epitome of “Doing things correctly” & “Right from me”.
• Highly motivated & self-initiator with good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Ease at dealing with ambiguity in work situations. Take decisions with limited information where necessary and demonstrate confidence in own decisions.
