About the Role
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager in the Marketing function, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, manage a team of digital marketers, and identify growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and creativity to drive impactful digital campaigns and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across channels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business goals.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.




• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies and vendors.
• Design and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Education
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Post-graduation in MBA or any.

Experience
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
