As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of support technicians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all service desk operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of technical support professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work workplace.
Oversee the daily operations of the IT service desk, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of services and support.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex technical issues,



including Windows troubleshooting, printer configurations, and Active Directory management.

Proven experience in technical support and IT service desk management.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, troubleshooting techniques, and printer configurations.
Familiarity with Active Directory and ServiceNow.
