We are seeking a dedicated NOC Engineer to join our team in the Delhi-NCR Region, Karnataka, or Maharashtra. The NOC Engineer will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the network operations center, ensuring optimal performance and uptime of our systems. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
Respond to alerts and incidents, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network changes and upgrades.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of network monitoring tools and processes.




Provide support for SOC (Security Operations Center) activities as needed.
