We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented L1 Technical Support qualified to join our IT Service Desk team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our clients, ensuring that their IT issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate assistance to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, VPN connectivity, DNS configurations, and TCP/IP networking.
Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring they can utilize the tools effectively for their daily tasks.
Document all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring that all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless resolution process.




Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with new technologies and support practices.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with VPN technologies and DNS management.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles.
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
