We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospital Business Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding claims, and optimizing revenue cycle management (RCM) practices. This position requires a robust understanding of healthcare billing processes, including familiarity with CMS-1500 and UB04 forms, as well as the ability to navigate denials and implement effective strategies for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct AR calling to follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely payments from insurance companies.
Manage and resolve denials by analyzing the reasons for rejection and taking appropriate actions to rectify issues.
Process charge entries accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Utilize modifiers effectively to maximize reimbursement and minimize claim denials.




Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of billing issues.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the billing system.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in billing regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
