Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Required Skills:
Robust communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Experience in customer support or customer service, preferably in an international BPO setting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
