We are seeking a Quality Control Assistant Manager to oversee and enhance our quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytical method validation and development, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to excellence and regulatory adherence, particularly in relation to USFDA audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the quality control team, ensuring effective execution of all QC activities.
Develop and validate analytical methods for various products, utilizing techniques such as HPLC, GC, and UV spectroscopy.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor QC staff on best practices and new methodologies in quality control.
Prepare and review documentation related to quality control processes, including SOPs and validation reports.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of analytical method validation and development.
Proficiency in using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV spectrophotometers.
Familiarity with quality control processes and regulatory requirements, particularly USFDA standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
