We are seeking a motivated Domestic BPO Executive to join our team in Mayapuri, Delhi. This role involves engaging with customers through outbound calls, providing them with information about our services, and assisting them with their inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.
Provide accurate information and address customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
Solid verbal communication skills.




Experience in outbound BPO or call center environments is preferred, with a minimum of 6 months experience.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
Qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate.
