As a Microfinance Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in assessing loan applications, conducting financial literacy training, and supporting clients in their financial journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
Conduct group loan meetings and facilitate discussions among clients to promote financial literacy and responsible borrowing.
Provide guidance on various loan products, including samuh loans, mortgage loans, and gold loans.
Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and client interactions.




Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing loan uptake and improving client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting microfinance.

Required Skills:
