We are seeking an Application Support Analyst specializing in Trading Systems to join our energetic team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in application support within the capital markets domain, with a focus on trading systems. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading applications and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support for trading systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions to issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents, working closely with development teams when necessary.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.
Participate in system upgrades and enhancements,



providing input based on user feedback and system performance.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans for recent features and system changes.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of trading systems and capital markets.
Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS for data management and reporting.
Experience with Java, J2EE, and Core Java for application support.
Familiarity with Hibernate and REST Web Services.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
