We are seeking a dedicated Collections Manager to oversee our collections operations across various regions including Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, and Telangana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collections team, ensuring effective recovery strategies are implemented, and maintaining relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquency and maximize recovery rates.
Supervise and lead a team of collection agents, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
Monitor and analyze collection metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recovery process and address any customer concerns.
Conduct field collections as necessary,
ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of collections activities and prepare reports for management review.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of collections processes and debt recovery techniques.
Experience in managing a team and driving performance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with vehicle finance and two-wheeler loans is a plus.
