We are seeking an experienced Accounts Head to lead our accounting department in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on statutory compliance and auditing. As the Accounts Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with Indian accounting standards and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and reporting of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
Oversee the budgeting process, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Ensure timely and accurate MIS preparation and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Lead the auditing process, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring all statutory requirements are met.




Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of GST, statutory compliance, and auditing practices.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.
Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and labour laws.
Excellent MIS preparation and reporting skills.
