The Safety Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within our organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify potential hazards and implement effective safety measures to protect our employees and the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a secure working environment.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency response procedures.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, including NEBOSH, IOSH, and OSHA certifications.

Ability to analyze data and prepare reports on safety performance and compliance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in conducting safety training and workshops.
